Envite Nigeria Limited is committed to the ethical norms and transparency in the transaction of company businesses.
This policy prohibits all employees, agents, consultants, Subcontractors and the employees of any of these from offering, giving, soliciting or accepting bribes, gifts, gratuities, fees, favours, rebates, services, or anything of material value from others, including customers, government officials or officers of government agencies vendors, material suppliers, contractors, and subcontractor and the agents or employees of any of these during or in any way connected with company’s business
Gifting of company’s official promotional items like logo materials, pens and other items of small value is not prohibited by this policy.
It is also the policy of ENL to abide by national and international regulations, and acts that prevent corrupt practices in business transactions including those policies put in place or adopted by our customers. Applicable section of the EFCC Act of 2004 and the Corrupt Practices Act of 2000, and The FCPA as adopted by our business partners
The attention of all staff and especially managers and supervisors are drawn to the relevant section of ENL’s Internal Controls Procedure. Strict application of this procedure will assist greatly in preventing corrupt business practices.
Violations of this policy constitute sufficient grounds for serious sanctions including, but not limited to immediate termination of employment or the termination of contract or subcontract.
Any staff who has any doubt or is faced with a situation that is not clear should seek guidance from management or their supervisor.
