The top management of the company will ensure that at least 100% of the personnel are Nigerian, whilst the management and engineering staff should have extensive working experience in Nigeria which should cover a period of over fifteen years.
The management is fully committed to the development and support of competent and capable Nigerian companies and personnel in compliance to the Nigerian Government Local Content Development program.
Management shall proactively and energetically pursue the maximization of Nigerian Content on all contracts in area such as:
Engineering, Manpower, Materials, Lower-tier subcontractors, QAQC, Health, Safety & Environment, amongst other services.
Project Management will employ the services of local manpower such as general & skilled labour, QAQC officers, QHSE officers, Procurement officers, Administration personnel, Engineers/Inspectors, Community Affairs representative, Technical officers etc.
Management shall provide a centre of excellence for the management and execution of projects throughout Nigeria. In-depth regional knowledge and experience form a powerful platform which enables Envite Nigeria Limited to deliver truly first class service in the execution of projects in Nigeria.
